TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT
A deposit of $AUS500 is to be paid when bookings have been confirmed.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due 60 days before departure.

LATE BOOKINGS
All bookings made within 14 days of departure may incur an additional fee of $AUS50.

AMENDMENTS
A booking amendment fee of $AUS20 will apply for changes once booking is confirmed. This may be in conjunction with any charges imposed by Airlines Hotels or service providers.

CANCELLATION AND FEES
Tour cancellation fees will be charged as follows,

• Up to 60 days deposit $AUS300
• up to 30 days 20%
• up to 14days 50%
• less than 7 days 100%

INSURANCE
Travel insurance is very strongly recommended. A comprehensive cover is available at the time of booking.
