DAY 1 ARRIVE CHRISTCHURCH
On arrival you pick up your reserved vehicle from Thrifty Car hire. After rental formalities are completed you drive into central Christchurch to the Quest Suites Christchurch where you will be staying for the next 3 nights. The afternoon is free to look around the "Garden City".
DAY 2 GOLF AT TERRACE DOWNS
The Terrace Downs Golf Resort is about 60 minutes drive from downtown Christchurch and is situated at the beautiful Rakaia Gorge. The views over the river at the bottom of the course are breathtaking as is the panorama of surrounding snow capped mountains. After golf enjoy this most beautifully constructed and appointed Clubhouse.
DAY 3 GOLF AT THE CLEARWATER RESORT
This mornings round of golf is at the excellent new Clearwater Resort in a motorised cart. This new Resort hosted the co sanctioned New Zealand PGA Tournament last year to huge international exposure. The layout, designed by Sir Bob Charles is a massive 6491 metres from the championship tees and winds through a series of pure lakes and streams teeming with trout.
DAY 4 DEPART CHRISTCHURCH
Depending on your departure time, you may be able to fit in a round at Russley Golf Club, one of New Zealand's finest club courses. If finishing your tour today drop your car off at the Airport at the Thrifty office in preparation for your departure.
